Jack Russell’s Great White

Jack Russell realized that he was going to be a rock star at the age of 6 after receiving the Beatles ‘Help’ album from his parents for his birthday. Jack started his first band at the age of 11. Then in 1978 Jack met guitarist Mark Kendall and asked Mark to join him in creating a band. In 1982 the band changed their name from Dante Fox to Great White. Great White went on to sell millions of albums and toured the world many times over. The band received a Grammy nomination in 1989 for Best Hard Rock Performance, for the song ‘Once Bitten Twice Shy’.
